51. ADF Tagung – Registration

  • The congress fee includes admission to all lectures and workshops, as well as non-alcoholic drinks and snacks during the breaks.
  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing by sending a message to the conference secretariat.
  • A refund of 90% will be granted if the cancellation request is received at least 30 days (or more) prior to the meeting.
  • No refunds will be granted if the request is received with fewer than 30 days prior to the meeting.
  • If the congress is cancelled by ADF, registrants can expect a full refund (100%) for the participation fee.

If you register as a student, then you are requested to upload a proof of status. Please read the requirements below. The proof should be sent directly after registration.

  • The proof of status must be written in English or German; The proof of status must be issued on official hospital or university letterhead;
  • The date of the proof of status must not be older than 3 months from the date of registration;
  • The status must be valid during the conference in March 2025;
  • The proof of status must display the applicant’s full name and date of birth;
